L-Citrulline Malate - 8000mg

L-Citrulline Malate has shown to increase strength and reduce muscle soreness and thereby enhancing recovery.

Optimal dosage is 8 grams/day.

Creatine - 5000mg

Creatine is by far one of the most well-studied performance enhancing supplements with benefits as improved maximal strength and power as well as repetitive high intensity movements. In the long term creatine has shown to increase muscle growth. Also, creatine speeds up recovery of normal muscle function, increases glycogen storage and reduces exercise-induced muscle damage. Apart form that, creatine has also shown to improve cognitive functions, memory and mental focus.

Optimal dosage is 5 grams/day.

Beta Alanine - 4000mg

Beta Alanine is proven to increase the ability to maintain high-intensity work for a longer period of time by decreasing your level of lactic acids.

Optimal dosage is around 4 grams/day.

L-Carnitine L-Tartrate - 3000mg

L-Carnitine L-Tartare is shown to speed up your recovery and reduce muscle soreness. As with Beta Alanine it has also shown to decrease lactic acids and thereby improve performance.

Optimal dosage is around 3 grams/day.

Betaine - 2500mg

Betaine has shown to increase strength, reduce muscle soreness, enhance performance in anaerobic exercise (short and intensive efforts) and increase fat-free mass.

Optimal dosage is around 2.5 grams/day.

Caffeine - 350mg

Caffeine is another well-studied supplement with proven benefits as improved alertness and concentration, decreased perceived exertion level and improved neuromuscular function. It has also shown to improve strength, elasticity, strength endurance, speed and anaerobic power.
